Our team will process your order following the purchase confirmation.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

All shipping times are subject to variations depending on peak demand seasons for local and international transport companies.

Who is responsible for my package?

At Tinas Fashion Shop, we commit to sending your package as soon as you make your purchase; by doing so, we take responsibility and guarantee that the package reaches the customs of your country. Once the package has been picked up by your country's postal service, they are responsible for your package, and you should contact them in case of failed deliveries and undelivered packages.

Local delivery time is excluded from our arrival time as we do not control this process. Please note that we ship your package through a logistics company where they are the sender, so we cannot change addresses once the package has been shipped.

When will my package be dispatched?

During peak demand times, orders may take up to 3 days to be dispatched from our warehouse.

What if my package has not arrived on time?

Due to possible delays with customs or issues with transport companies, if you have not received your purchase after an extra 5 business days have passed beyond the estimated shipping time stated in this policy, as applicable to your country, please file a claim to info@tinasfashionshop.com to study your case carefully.

What to do if my package has no tracking updates?

If you have not received your package within the maximum waiting time of 30 business days, see your package with error messages in tracking such as "Shipment Cancelled," or see the same status for more than 10 days, contact us promptly at info@tinasfashionshop.com. If we detect unusual transit in your package, we will proceed to send a new product/package, which will be delivered within the arrival timeframe stipulated in our shipping policy.

What if I entered the wrong address?

We want you to receive your purchase as soon as possible, please make sure to enter your address correctly on the payment screen. If you notice that you have made a mistake in the address, contact us immediately before your package is dispatched.

Some logistics companies do NOT deliver to PO BOXES. Please enter a valid delivery address (home, workplace) to ensure successful delivery of your package.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries if the buyer has provided an incorrect address or a PO BOX as the destination.

What do I do if my package is returned to sender?

If your package has been returned to sender, this is because your country's post office or customs office was unable to deliver the package, or because the buyer did not pick it up at the post office or customs office within the set time limit.

Please send us an e-mail to info@tinasfahionshop.com so that we can assess your case and decide to resend your order as soon as we receive it at our warehouse of origin.

Please note that many packages in "returned" status never reach the origin warehouse, so there are no guarantees that your package can be resent.

All shipping times exclude customs clearance time in customs distribution centers, and at local courier facilities.Delivery estimates provided by tracking pages unrelated to Tinas Fashion Shop are not valid for claims; valid delivery times are those provided in the shipping policy.
