I just made a purchase and want to exchange the product, what do I do?

We do everything in our power to process and ship packages as soon as possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exchange of your purchase after a period of 2 hours has elapsed.

If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us at info@tinasfashionshop.com before 2 hours have passed, indicating the new length, shade, or product.

I just made a purchase and want to cancel it, what do I do?

We do everything in our power to process and ship packages as soon as possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your purchase after a period of 2 hours has elapsed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@tinasfashionshop.com before 2 hours have passed.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive an automatic refund. If 2 hours have passed or your order has already been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification.

Can I exchange my purchase or request a refund?

Our policy has a duration of 30 natural days. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be in perfect condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.

If your refund is approved, we will send you an email with the relevant information for using your refund within 7 working days.

If your exchange is approved, we will send you a new product under the same shipping conditions as the one you paid for previously. To expedite the process, please include a note in the package indicating the new shade, length, or product you desire.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
