Our team will process your order upon confirmation of purchase.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery times:

FREE shipping (2 - 10 business days + 1 business day processing).

All shipping times are subject to change depending on the peak seasons of local and international carriers.

Who is responsible for my package?

At Tinas Fashion Shop, we are committed to ship your package as soon as you make your purchase; in doing so, we take responsibility and guarantee that the package arrives at your country's customs. Once the package has been picked up by the postal service of your country, they are responsible for your package, and you should contact them in case of failed deliveries and undelivered packages.
Local delivery time is excluded from our arrival time as we do not control this process. Please note that we ship your package through a logistics company where they are the shipper, so we cannot change the addresses once the package has been shipped.

When will my package be shipped?

In times of peak demand, orders can take up to 3 days to leave our warehouse.

What happens if my package does not arrive on time?

Due to possible delays with customs or problems with shipping companies, if you have not received your purchase after 5 business days have elapsed beyond the estimated shipping time indicated in this policy, as applicable to your country, please submit a claim to info@tinasfashionshop.com to study your case carefully.

What to do if my package has no tracking updates?

If you have not received your package within the maximum 30 business day waiting period, see your package with tracking error messages such as “Shipment Cancelled”, or see the same status for more than 10 days, please contact us promptly at info@tinasfashionshop.com. If we detect unusual transit in your package, we will proceed to ship a new product/package, which will be delivered within the arrival time stipulated in our shipping policy.

What if I have entered an incorrect address?

We want you to receive your purchase as soon as possible, please make sure you enter your address correctly on the checkout screen. If you notice that you have made an address error, please contact us immediately before your package is shipped.

Some logistics companies do NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Please enter a valid delivery address (home, workplace) to ensure successful delivery of your package.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries if the buyer has provided an incorrect address or P.O. Box as the destination.

What do I do if my package is returned to sender?

If your package has been returned to sender, it is because the post office or customs office in your country was unable to deliver the package, or the buyer did not pick it up from the post office or customs office within the deadline.

Please send us an email to info@tinasfahionshop.com so that we can evaluate your case and decide to resend your order as soon as we receive it at our warehouse of origin.

Please note that many packages in “returned” status never arrive at the origin warehouse, so there is no guarantee that your package can be reshipped.

All shipping times exclude customs clearance time at customs distribution centers, and at local courier facilities.Delivery estimates provided by non-Tinas Fashion Shop tracking sites are not valid for claims; valid delivery times are those provided in the shipping policy.
