Exchanges, returns and refunds
I just made a purchase and want to exchange the product, what do I do?
We do our best to process and ship packages as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exchange of your purchase after 2 hours have elapsed.
If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at info@tinasfashionshop.com within 2 hours, telling us the new length, shade or product.
I just made a purchase and want to cancel it, what do I do?
We do our best to process and ship packages as soon as possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your purchase after 2 hours have elapsed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@tinasfashionshop.com within 2 hours.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive an automatic refund. If 2 hours have passed or your order has already been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification.
Can I exchange my purchase or request a refund?
Our policy is for 30 calendar days. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be in perfect condition.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.
If your return is approved, we will send you an email with the pertinent information to use your return within 7 business days.
If your exchange is approved, we will send you a new product with the same shipping terms as the one you previously paid for. To expedite the process, please include a note in the package indicating the new shade, length or product you want.

You will be responsible for paying shipping charges to return the item, shipping charges are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
